Contract management within a government procurement setting is a complicated process involving a number of stakeholders.

This particular government department presented with a great deal of complex and raw content, that needed to be organised and delivered in a meaningful way. This project involved not only constructing two beautifully branded Rise courses, but also included sense-making, learning strategy, and working with a variety of internal stakeholders to place this training within a wide and meaningful learning eco-system.

As part of this, I advised on the creation of editable artefacts that would future proof their investment, along with support and advice to set up a community of practice with their Microsoft Teams and SharePoint resources.

We had to work with internal stakeholders to obtain buy-in, collaboration and support from a range of different perspectives.

Working with branding and clever graphic designers, in the end, the client was delivered a beautiful series of learning artefacts that will benefit their operations for a long time to come. All on time and on budget.
